Defective items will be replaced.
When customer decide to return an item(s), a restock fee of 10% of the total price paid or US$20 whichever is higher is deducted from the refund. Paypal fee on the refund is borne by recipient. Mouthpieces with teeth marks and/or ligature marks can not be returned. Customer will pay the return postage. Refund will be made after the item(s) are safely returned.
Any import duties and\or taxes charged by the Government Agency outside Japan shall be paid by purchaser and not refundable.
